At Luminaire, we want you to be completely illuminated by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all lighting fixtures and home decor. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
