Exploring balance, Michael Anastassiades' IC Lights T1 High Table Lamps take their basic form from a sphere that rests perfectly at the edge of a brass rod. Through subtraction, the designer has distilled his original inspiration - the grace and balance of juggling - into a product with a poetic level of formal purity.

After the designer saw a video of a contact juggler, he was mesmerized by the moment the spheres being juggled looked perfectly still. He captures that exact moment in the IC Light collection which also includes suspension, wall and floor versions. The table light is available in two versions, each with a different size opaline glass sphere.
